Peach Sorbet

Sorbets are a great way to get your daily intake of fruit. Here is a recipe from The 95% Vegan Weight Loss Solution for fresh, homemade and healthy sorbet!

Peach Sorbet

Prep Time: 15 mins
Freeze Time: 4 hours
Yields: 8 half cup servings


  • 20 oz. sliced peaches - (frozen works best)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water


  1. In a small pot, combine water and sugar over high heat, and stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.
  2. Combine your peaches and sugar water in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Combine your pPlace the mixture in a covered glass or metal bowl and place in your freezer until it is solid (at least 3-4 hours, so this is a great recipe to make the night before and have freeze overnight).
