In yesterday's blog, I shared with you the philosophy behind going to a plant-based diet, A.K.A. going 95% Vegan. Today starts my 5-part series to help you understand, on a much deeper level, why you should go plant-based.

I was in my mid-40s when I first noticed the stiffness in my joints when getting out of bed in the morning.
