You love your baked goods, but realize your favorites have no fiber in them. The solution? Substitute organic oat bran for 1/3 to 1/2 the total amount of flour called for in the recipe – that’s it! If your recipe call for 3 cups of flour, use 2 cups of flour, and one cup of oat bran. You can substitute up to 1/2 flour with oat bran, but I recommend you start at 1/3 first.
