The Easiest Way to Add Fiber to Your Baked Goods

You love your baked goods, but realize your favorites have no fiber in them.  The solution? Substitute organic oat bran for 1/3 to 1/2 the total amount of flour called for in the recipe - that's it! If your recipe call for 3 cups of flour, use 2 cups of flour, and one cup of oat bran.  You can substitute up to 1/2 flour with oat bran, but I recommend you start at 1/3 first.
